Thank you so much very friendly Doctors and all stuff very grateful from each one of so thank you.
Being a employee for 11 years and now being on the other side of the spectrum. Where is the Human Care we so proudly advocate????
The staff was good. I think they must've been very busy tho because i had to wait a while for my pain meds. The cafeteria food is horrible tho. South Austin medical center is much better imho.
I had a good stay at the hospital. The nurses where very polite and they told me what they where doing & giving me. PT was very nice & helpful. Doctor took me in earlier but everything ok.
I was there last night with my dad who is very sick My Dad has Dementia and 89 years young I'm my dad's MPOA. MY dad needed treatment last night But refused bcuz he doesn't understand the concept With me being the MPOA I stepped in and said treat him But the Dr said No and that he had to go with my dad's DECISION. My question is Why have a MPOA WHEN THE DR WON'T LET YOU MAKE DECISIONS PEOPLE WHO DOESN'T KNOW OR UNDERSTAND WHAT IS GOING ON? WHY WHY WHY
They were very friendly doing my pre surgery op only it seemed like forever!
We have been here since Monday night and I can not express our gratitude for the Nurses and CA's on the 4th floor since the wee hours of the morning that we got into our room we have honestly had the best care for my husband....Special thanks for now to Dr. Foster, Nurses Kristy, Jessica, lola and Ryan and CA Mark....you guys truly rock. Not only do they make it about the patient but also for the family. Thank You all for now.....update after our release.
Everyone is so kind and helpful. Great group of nurses and PT folks on 6th floor.
