ServPro of Paradise Valley rescued us from a disastrous situation! My elderly mother's house flooded while I was out of town. Her plumber had her call a well-known remediation company that was truly awful, and they left my mother stranded for weeks with a torn up house in dangerous condition. Beware and be sure to do research before hiring! I terminated the agreement, and after some research, I called ServPro of Paradise Valley. I have recently used SERVPRO to re-floor my entire condo and they did an amazing job. We live I Vancouver and our vacation home is in Scottsdale so the entire installation was managed locally by SERVPRO without us being present at all during the project. My home suffered heavy smoke damage when my neighbors home burned down. The Servpro crew spent over a week cleaning every bit of the interior of my home to perfection. They cleaned the outside to get all the smoke cleaned off. Great people to work with AAA in all respects

The water heater pipe in my rental condo leaked and damaged not only my unit but also the down stair neighbor. ServPro did all the remediation and restoration work. The quality of work has been excellent. Matthew Tirpak is an very good project manager. He professionally answers all the questions and concerns. He respectfully treated my real estate agent and my tenants. I would use them again later on if needed.
Could not have asked for better service and fairer treatment. Have used this company twice now. Once for a hot water leak that seeped into the laundry and bedroom before anyone noticed and once for a leaking pipe behind the shower wall. Both times received a quick response, professional treatment, quality work and fair prices. Highly recommend them for any service they provide.
