RecommendedWe had an oven fire in a rental property. Even after the stove was removed there was still a heavy smoke smell. I called Servpro to see how the smell could be removed. They suggested we do an ozone clensing. It required a 24 hour period with the machine running and no one on the premises. The tech showed up on time and explained the process to me the next day we met again to remove the machine. They did a fantastic job. The smell was gone. I highly recommend them
Although I appreciate the response when we called they are way over blown on their costs. I've dealt with multiple service capacities and first time I've been charge for the drive time for less than a half hour drive. Even after the $1700 they wanted to charge $350 to clean the carpet. Thank God Stanley Steamer did it for $130 and as I found out inadvertently also do flood clean up. Will never use them again. They can put in how many ever fans they see fit and charge you daily for each fan. It wasn't even that big of a job.
How you treat people in Norman gets around. And I hope others pay attention!! I had heard great things about you,.prior to what your crew did to my friends home. I saw the photos of the nasty filter you used to "clean the air" of their home. I'm pretty sure to clean the air, one must have a CLEAN filter! So glad to know this now rather than to be duped by you later.
