I am pretty sure that all of the positive reviews for this company were only fabricated because they promised a gift certificate to Chick-fil-A. They didn't even make good on that. They were way way overpriced on their services because quote insurance is going to pay for it anyway unquote. My 94 year old mom's house has been sitting with the carpet still pulled back and Floors jackhammered out after 2 months of waiting on the contractor they recommended. Offered efficient on time services
Servepro was efficient, on time, Understanding and I would highly recommend this company.
Had a severe water leak that flooded the master bath, laundry room and part of the kitchen and part of the carpet that connects to the kitchen. Discovered it at 2:30am when I got up to use the restroom. Called them and they said wait until 8am. It will cost less. The damage would have been worse had I waited even though I had turned off the water main. In other words they didn't want to get up to do work they advertise they will do 24/7.
