Our sump pump and battery backup failed in a recent stormy night. Contacted Servpro in Morris and they arrived within an hour. Shawn was awesome! Explained exactly what we needed and what to expect. The team arrived a few hours later and removed the soaked carpet and some damp drywall was removed keeping our damage to a minimum. Dryers were set up and within days we were dry! His staff was very pleasant and professional! Five plus stars!
The prompt service, advice on the water leak and just the reassurance of Luke,Alex and Tim made the mess caused from a concealed wall leak go smoothly. Even though the leak wasn’t caused by anything in my unit and landlord of the building didn’t provide water mitigation Tim’s crew helped me immediately, and as the tenant, this helped me out greatly!!
