Cesar and Mara came today to get the Blower and Humidifiers . Cesar tested the area and said the wood is dry. They took pictures. I am happy about the dryness of the areas affected. They are both courteous and hardworking people. Servpro is fortunate to have good employees working for them. I am also very satisfied with the work of Rivan and Edmilson. They cleaned the windows and did an excellent job. They are respectful and kind.

Really appreciate everything our ServPro team did for us. Oger, Angel, Josue, Daniel & AP. worked for 4 days in our home to mitigate an emergency flood in our home. They were very efficient in getting things pulled out and dry so that in a few days we were ready to move onto the repair phase. Really appreciate their hard work and explanations throughout the process and answering our many questions.
