Completely dropped the ball. Firs Damage , Kingman Fire chopped opening in the ceiling . Hired Serve Pro for remediation ........ They left the Holes in ceiling left untarped for two weeks , one appeared to be patched with a garbage bag and tape ---- very unprofessional . Cleaned the wood florr, but had to come back to redo the job ----
