Very very disappointed. My daughter had a house fire. We needed estimates for restoration. I felt the person they sent out was INcompetent. We needed to feel like they could get the job accomplished...all we got was a run-around. Days went by without phone calls. 8 days after the fire...and the ball STILL isn't rolling. I worked in Insurance for 10 yrs, this is NOT acceptable. Communication is key. We called another restoration company. They will have estimates in our hand within 24 hrs. I can not recommend ServPro.
