Hardin Co friends -- after several recommendations mom chose to use ServPro-- they started repairs in June and still aren't finished. Refuse to replace her furniture that they moved to do repairs. Disrespectful to her and all she wants is the job completed correctly.
Hardin/Larue Co friends.....this place has been giving my mother the runaround and providing terrible customer service for over two months. The response and good customer service here has apparently disappeared.
