Very professional, knowledgeable, and caring bunch of people. I had never been through a fire before (thankfully) and they walked me through the entire process. Very happy. Hopefully I never need them again but if I do I’ll definitely use them again.
Well it hasn’t been very good at all it is bad enough to have a fire but having someone lying to you is bad. I don’t know where to start they came took all of our belongings was supposed to start washing our clothes a month ago and we fused so much that they finally started washing them last week and now we have two small boxes of clothes back. But it only took a month to do it. We still do not have any idea where everything else is and I don’t think they know.
I initially had an issue with this company and, having had bad experiences in the past, was very leery. I could not have been more wrong. The owner himself reached out to me, addressed every concern and went the extra mile to help us resolve other issues we had going on. I cannot stress how much my family values a company that cares about the work they do and addresses every concern you have. I would recommend this company hands down.
