Put their sweating cans on wood furniture that wasn't damaged, sat wet muddy register covers on savable furniture,had sorted papers that were important to a dry area, knocked them on the wet floor did not bother to pick them up,insurance cover it was their phase on that occasion, the first crew that came was and seemed incompetent.

In the 20 years I have been fixing houses damaged by fire and water, your relatives house is the only one I have ever had to call the sheriff in to aid us in retrieving our equipment. My employees were threatened and cornered in a bedroom by an inebriated man while attempting to do their job, and on the advise of your mother we contacted the sheriff.
