Did an amazing job with our flooded basement the last couple of days !!!
We used Servepro of Hancock County for mold remediation services. We could not have been more impressed and satisfied with the knowledge of the staff, willingness to accommodate, and the finished product. They were understanding to our situation and their industry knowledge helped ease our concerns. There were absolutely no high pressure sales pitches. Their ability to provide concise answers and solutions ultimately sold us on the company and we are glad we chose them.
Chase & his team were incredible as we had a sewer drain backup in our basement shower. In less than 24 hours, our basement went from being flooded to carpet being removed and saturated walls removed. His team worked diligently late into the night and was very impressed by how hard they worked. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Servpro to anyone that needs mold remediation. I found out I had a water leak and mold in my crawlspace late Friday afternoon. Servpro was called, within 30 mins Chase was calling me and told me he was getting a team together. Chase even called a plumber for me. Angie and Kasey came in and were polite and friendly. They explained the process, walked me through what changes I would see, as well as what could happen in the fall with the first on of the furnace. I would recommend their services to homeowners like myself who didn’t know ducts should be cleaned!

They use aaron hutton. Run he's a young con man. Takes money and never finishes the job because he doesn't know how. BEWARE!!!
