Becasue I live alone and have a older house, often times things break. I did not know I had a leak in the basement until i stepped downstairs and almost slipped and fell in the water. I called Servpro and it wasnt to long before they came out, got rid of the water , tested the home for mold and aided in working with my insurance company . I am glad to say they are my number one company for water damage control and restoration.
