These guys were very quick to respond. They conducted themselves in a very professional manner, but at the same time were very personable. This is the second time I have used Servpro, both times with the same excellent results. Highly recommend them any time you have a serious water problem.

I called to get my carpet washed and they said “we don’t have time for to do carpet cleaning, please call Fast Action carpet or Jesse’s Carpet Cleaning” then she hung up on me. I think they don’t want to clean for black folk

As the person on the phone explained, we do not offer carpet cleaning unless it is part of cleaning up fire and water damage. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR CAR, MAKE SURE ALL GROCERIES HAVE BEEN REMOVED! My Good friends over at SERVPRO of Crowley & South Johnson Countyhave come to my rescue. Kristina stopped by to check on us here at work and I was telling her about my horrible smell. Kristina and her magical machine has saved the day!!! Now I don't have to burn my car, push it off a cliff, or drive around with my head sticking out of my window!!! Thank you Kristina, your machine and your beautiful sweet smile have made my day!
