REVISED REVIEW TO SAY KALEB BORROWED PERSONAL ITEMS FROM US WHILE EMPLOYED HERE AND THEN HE GHOSTED US IN ALL OUR ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT HIM FOR PAYMENT OR THE ITEMS' RETURN. BASIC LOW LEVEL SCAM IN OUR OPINION AND UNEXPECTED OF A COMPANY SUCH AS SERVPRO WHO IS SENT TO HOMEOWNERS BY THEIR INSURERS. Cory and Jonathan were on time and did a fantastic job taking damaged things down and then cleaning up when they were finished. They both were polite and very professional doing the work. They both put me at ease with all that they were doing in my house. Thank you very much!

Worst company ever to call or contact after a home flood. Do not...I repeat..DO NOT call this company in the Diamondhead/Bay St. Louis area. Coty came the day after my home flooded. He took measurements and ME for a metaphorical ride. For a whole week all I heard from his office was 'gimme 7500$" They don't care if you have insurance. They will want a dotted line sign and a fat check before you are taken seriously. RED FLAG. NEEEEVVVERRRR do business like this.
