Mr. Joe and MJ came to our location on short notice to clean a conference room’s carpet. Not only did they do a great job but were so polite, professional and friendly. I would welcome these two gentlemen back anytime.
They were horrible! Watch your bills as they charge you for things they didn't do or didn't need to do. Drying carpet that was getting torn out and then charge you $1,700 for it........They broke our granite countertop and completely tore up our basement to where reconstruction was going to cost way more due to their recklessness! After the bill was paid in full within 1 week of receiving the bill, we got a notice they put a lien on our house. I would not recommend!
We woke up the morning of the 4th of July with some water in our basement after 9 or so inches had fallen the night before which caused a power outage and our sump pump to fail. We pulled up all flooring but needed heavy duty equipment to dry everything out quickly so we contacted Servpro of Ames. Gage was our tech, and he was awesome to work with.
