I want to give ServiceMaster an excellent review, but while I believe they did good work, there were a number of things that make me less than completely satisfied, and I want to be clear about what those are. I recently had ServiceMaster handle both mitigation and repairs for a sewer line backup that flooded the first floor of a rental townhome that I own, forcing my tenants to temporarily relocate while ServiceMaster handled cleanup mitigation, drying, mold mitigation, and finally repairs. The woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude and condescending. I wouldn’t want her representing my company or being the face of this business for new customers. Also, why do you charge $250 inspection when I already have an inspection report and lab results from an inspector who recommended you guys?
