I had to take off work to schedule an appointment and less than 24hrs before they cancelled and they couldn't do it for two more weeks because they sent every last person they had to Oklahoma because water damage pays more! My realtor comes out Wednesday and they are not offering a solution they are making excuses someone in that office or a manager could come do it but they are to " high and mighty" to stick to promises and scheduling.
