They did such an amazing job restoring and coating my VCT floor at my business when other companies declined to even bother with it. The floor had 8 years of stains and rust that I thought would be impossible to remove but thought I would give them a try anyways. Since I could not be on site at the time, George even left me a nice note behind when he couldn’t quite remember where all the stuff went back in place to. They far exceeded my expectations and I save $$$$ not having to replace my flooring entirely.

Left a wool mat that there and they claimed they knew how to treat it and would help me wash the yellow out of it. Well to say the least it didn’t turn out any better! It actually turned out worse! They didn’t understand I was unhappy with the result so it ended with me walking away and left the expensive mat behind! I got pictures before and after!
I was so impressed with the efficiency and knowledge that the crew had that came to help dry out our house after a plumbing over flow. I highly recommend Service Master to anyone that needs this service. Thanks for helping us get everything back to normal :)
