Unfortunately my story is too long to share on Facebook, but I do not recommend using ServiceMaster. I will say how incredibly disappointing it is that a company takes advantage of people/insurance companies who are affected from a natural disaster.
I am sure you don’t have all day but I will tell y’all a few reasons that I would never use Service Master or tell anyone to use them ever!!! First off you better be there 24/7 as long as they are I. Your house because you will end up getting things stolen from you!! Also I suggest that you make sure before you let them in your home to put any and everything that means something to you up because it will end up gone!! You also have to stay on them or they will milk the clock and tell you that you are charged a certain amount... read more
RecommendedOnly a day and a half into my cleanup story but can’t say enough good about ServiceMaster, Beth Green and her team of workers. Beth was on site quickly, gave her assessment and got to work immediately. Not to mention her above and beyond efforts at personally saving a precious Mother’s Day gift I recently received. She has provided emotional support and guidance through this uncharted territory. If you ever need urgent cleanup help, call ServiceMaster first, you won’t regret it!
We had our carpet cleaned at North Texas Area United Way, and Robert did an outstanding job! There were some areas of the carpet that looked really bad and he made it look new again! Very professional and friendly service! Thank you for a job welll done!
