Gil was the technician that cleaned our carpet and he did a wonderful job! He was extremely professional and our carpet looks great. They even got out old stains that other companies weren't able to get out. I would highly recommend them!
Gill Nunez with Service Master was the most professional service person I have ever done business with. The manner in which he conducted himself, the service he provided us and his explanation of what and how he would be doing things was on spot. I would definitely use them again and recommend them every time.
I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience with service master of Columbia. I worked with Brian and Kat, they were amazing. I had a water heater bust at 10pm and they dropped everything to get there to help right away. It was a very stressful time for me, but they showed up with smiles on there faces and made it much easier to handle. It's probably never an awesome call to make, when calling service master, but they definitely made it much more bearable. Thanks again for everything!!
