Brian and the Service Master staff have been a pleasure to work with. They were very personable and did everything to help a bad situation turn to a better one. They were prompt and knowledgable. No offense I hope to never have to call them again...but if I have another unfortunate incident with our home they will be the first ones we call. Thank you all.
I have had to enlist the the help of ServiceMaster of Columbia more times then I would like. That being said, they have always exceeded my expectations. Their customer service is top notch and their technicians are always very easy to work with. Tommy has been my primary contact and is very well versed in dealing with insurance companies and the processes of mitigating my disasters; I have had floods, fires, and an unfortunate trauma clean-up.
