I had jewelry that went missing, they returned some of it when told them of the nanny cam that captured them taking it. But I’m still missing a sapphire ring (strangely they sent a couple of rings back (?) to me that weren’t mine). The owner seems to have taken the stance that I should lawyer up to get the sapphire ring back. So........ if anyone reading this has used them for work and is missing a citrine/opal ring size 8 (yellow gold) and a 1.75 carat (engagement looking) ring size 6.5 ( white gold), let me know. 😂.
Had a leak upstairs that caused mold downstairs. They took all the precautions while removing it so that my family and I wouldn't be exposed to it. Their work was on point and the price did not go beyond the quote they gave me.
By the time we realized how unprofessional they were it was too late..... They broke several things during the move and didn’t say anything plus I caught two of there employees drinking on the job... I would definitely research another company before using them.. and don’t bother complaining to the owner Adam he has a temper on him and will start cursing at you if you do

ServiceMaster's crew are truly amazing people. I had a water loss in my home (multiple stories) DAYS before I was preparing to bring twin babies home! I called Adam and his people and they were at my home in no time. They worked quickly, professionally, and politely while I tried not to panic. Within a couple days they had properly dried my home and left it in amazing condition. Their people even managed to keep me calm and relaxed as the process unfolded. When we were notified by the water district that our water bill had gone up from $25 per month to $2000, a flood was found in the detached 3 car garage that had not been visited for a few weeks. After calling a plumber, the insurance company and ServiceMaster, work began on cleaning up the mess as well as the mold that had begun to grow. ServiceMaster crew worked quickly and professionally as well as keeping me informed and answering my questions. ServiceMaster turned a garage disaster into a good learning experience.

I couldn't ask for better service then what ServiceMaster provided me. I had a water leak and they were over within 20 mins of me calling to help get everything cleaned up. So glad that i was recommended to them. Thank you again for everything you guys did for me.
