I can’t say enough about Adam and his team of professionals. I had a water leak and called the Master of Disaster. The team arrived in just over an hour (and I live in Moberly) and immediately got to work ripping flooring and cabinets out. They set up blowers and dehumidifiers and started the drying process. Great job! Adam, you can be proud if your guys.
We just got our carpets cleaned by ServiceMaster of Columbia and they did amazing work. They got stains out that we did not think were possible to get out. We will be using them to get our carpets cleaned every year. The customer service was excellent. They did not leave our house until we looked everything over to make sure we were satisfied with the service. Then they followed up with us the next day. We highly recommend their friendly service. I am ecstatic with ServiceMaster and their quality of work! They have cleaned our carpets multiple times and each time I am impressed with their professionalism, timeliness, efficiency, affordability, and quality of work! Joey and Tyler were awesome at asking questions, examining our carpets for any stains that needed extra attention, and following up to make sure everything was perfect! If you've never had your carpets professionally cleaned by ServiceMaster, I would highly recommend doing it TODAY!
Service Master was there within an hour of my call. They explained the process and immediately put me at ease. They were polite and professional. They ensured they’d cleaned up after themselves and that the job was completely finished. I couldn’t have been happier with what they did for us.
SericeMaster sent me a bill for $500 more that what we agreed on because they did not credit the deposit I gave them before they did the job. The don't communicate to one another. The bill was incorrect because no one told accounting that I had paid a deposit. Also I called several times, and the person answering my call had no idea what my situation was even though they had been in touch with me several times.
Adam and his team are phenomenal! We have large pets that make large messes and they cleaned our carpets to look brand new again!! Thank you Master of Disaster!!
I had ServiceMaster out today to clean our carpets. We’ve lived in our home with the same carpets for more than 11 years with kids and several animals over the years, never having gotten a professional cleaning till today.
