Awful experience! They advertise the price of the car thousands under the price they will actually sell it for. They will not provide quotes online and bait you to come in only to increase the price of the car and not honor the online pricing. They have a good rating on the BBB site because they have their employees fill our fake reviews to keep their ratings up. They do not care about customer service. I would never do business here after the experience I had with them.

All of our reviews are from great and loyal Metro Ford and Lincoln customers who know Metro Ford is the place to purchase and service all their Ford and Lincoln vehicles. General manager ***** was rude, asked me if I was death over the phone smh. I have no idea how he became a manager. The dealer Kept my original tag (which was left on my trade-in) and claims I requested a transfer of tag instead of a the new one I already paid for..I had tolls that needed to paid (which I did) and was told I would get a temporary tag until they got a hold of my new one and ship it to me (never happened). I can keep going but the point is don't waste your time with these guys. They're scraping for dollars it'... read more

The customer purchased a vehicle in January. We could not transfer his tag due to toll violations. We offered a temporary tag until he got the tolls taken care of. Once the tolls were taken care of we were able to get his renewal and transfer for his current tag. We sent customer registration and he called stating he did not get his tag. I called him and he stated he purchased a new tag but all documents state transfer tag and that is what he paid for. I've been trying to make a deal work with alot of Ford dealerships all around Florida. Everytime I'd call, I'd get the usual walk-around and "won't spend to much time on you" type of responses. Ford Metro, and specifically my guy, Frank, were patient throughout the entire process, worked with me remotely, over the phone, text, onsite, after-hours, whenever I had a little time to squeeze in, Frank was there. I bought my car from Metro Ford and was lied to by their rep, my car broke down as soon as I left the lot, my tags didn't come on time and there is virtually zero support after you buy the vehicle. Stay as far as you can from this dealership.

The customer service and staff at Metro Ford has always been attentive and friendly. The employees are very helpful and communicate with the customer regarding the status of their vehicle during service. I highly recommend Metro Ford when purchasing or servicing your vehicle!

Great service and selection. Got the car I wanted at a great price. Staff was excellent and helpful and even delivered my car to the house which was great during these times.
