This is the MOST WORST! place to purchase a vehicle, they are a bunch of BULLIES and they think that they can treat customer any way they want. they are NOT HONEST? at all when it comes to purchase and repairs of your vehicle, I wish I NEVER purchase my vehicle from these dishonest people

Unfortunately, the vehicle is worth less on the trade than the customer would like. Sorry he felt the Sales Manager wasn't helping but he was giving what the value is based on several parameters. We do have the lowest prices, and we do take care of our customers. We just couldn't make a deal. We tried and he tried but we could not make a deal.
By far the worst service I have ever encountered. Not one employee at the Metro Ford ****************** has an education or respect for their customer. Manager ***** ******* threatening me because he wanted me to move my truck 5 times to different locations and I got fed up and told him no I was only here to get a key. He told me he would call the cops on me next time I come over here. If this is the type of service you provide your customers I see you closing your doors sooner

If it were possible, I'd give no stars. Their customer service in the service department (particularly *************************, ***************** Manager) is unacceptable. They had my vehicle for over 6 weeks and ************************* claimed that it would be at least 2 more months. He was extremely rude and unhelpful. This is unacceptable for a service department. I picked up my truck and took it elsewhere.

With no professional behavior, they did not accept my car for maintenance only because I complained about a previous intervention that was not done well.I brought my car because it had the same problem that they had fixed a short time before, their manager told me that if I didn't trust them he would not accept the car. Absurd!Besides, I had twice received a letter from **** Headquarters inviting me to come to the dealership to change defective parts, for four months Metro Ford told me they didn't have parts. Ridiculous.

Customer previously was in for a concern December 2021. Vehicle left repaired at that time. Customer returns October 27, 2022 with noise concern in steering. Our Service Advisor mentioned a Diagnosis fee if the repair was not covered under the 2 year Unlimited mileage warranty when the repair was completed December 2021. This service department is completely unprofessional. There is absolutely no communication between the service manager and the repair people. Car was partially repaired after paying $600. We complained and the manager offered to fix the missing part. Left the car there 2 extra days to get it fixed. Came back, they gave us the keys without saying anything, went to the car and it was exactly the same. No explanation, apologies, or nothing...Went back and the explanation was that it cannot be repaired. That it required changing... read more
