Water damage from a leak. The agent was there the day we called. He placed dryers and measured the moisture level in our wooden floor and walls. They came each day to monitor the progression. We could not have asked for better service!
To start with, my appointment was scheduled for 9am. No one showed up until 9:45 and there was no phone call to atleast let me know they were on their way and running late. The job they did was a disgrace to the Service Master brand name!!!! I spent over $500 to have 2 girls come in to clean outside of cabinets, light fixtures, wipe down doors, some walls and baseboards from prior construction in my home.
