There was an issue with the original appointment I made, but it was rescheduled and the work was completed to my satisfaction.

Jason and his son were great. They dont use the cheap water heaters you get from the big box stores. They didn't treat me as if I were stupid. Upfront about labor costs as our install was difficult. They aren't cheap but you pay for quality. Overall I am pleased.
They were very professional and paid attention to detail. I was extremely happy with the experience.
Technician arrived at scheduled appointment time. He corrected the problem of stove gas pipe by buying a shorter pipe and installing it in place of the longer pipe that was there. He completed the job within the appointment timeframe, cleaned up area and was very professional.
