I stepped inside and waited 9 minutes at the reception desk for someone to acknowledge me. It didn’t happen and I left. crash champions collision must be too busy for my business. dude at the back desk in the pic knew I was there waiting and did nothing…..

I do not recommend this body shop. Crash Champions in Matthews recently repaired my car, which needed exterior repairs and paint as well as interior work because the headliner had to be removed. The service advisor seemed thorough when dropping off the car. The car took three weeks to repair. I was very unhappy with the quality of work. The exterior repairs were not good.
