I dropped my car off for repair on December 29th and got it back on February 13. If you need work done that'll take two hours max, consider looking elsewhere. I took my car for an estimate just to replace one piece of chrome window molding and possibly the black molding on the door...this estimate took 2 weeks to get. I replied to the estimate email to let me know what we need to do start the process-no response. I called on 2/5 and talked to whomever answered, ordered the parts, and was told it would only take a couple days for them to come in. I brought my car here after someone ran a stoplight. I had a few minor issues after getting my car back, I called and talked to Jim who had me come in and they addressed everything quickly and happily. I would most definitely use them again and refer anyone needing collision repairs here.

I stepped inside and waited 9 minutes at the reception desk for someone to acknowledge me. It didn’t happen and I left. crash champions collision must be too busy for my business. dude at the back desk in the pic knew I was there waiting and did nothing…..
