I have asked 4 times for my invoices....still waiting . Rescheduled 3 times ...was supposed to be 8-10am appointment-tech arrived after 11:45am . Very disappointed.
I love this company. We had a leak and Rob came right out and fixed it promptly and efficiently. The next week I had scheduled maintenance and got Rob again and had yet another wonderful experience. Thank you!!
I had Nicole M. #193 check over my heat pump for the summer . Everything looks good . Nicole was courteous and very knowledgeable of the the equipment she was servicing . Checked and cleaned air handle inside and compressor outside. Nicole M #193 is out of Ocala Service Experts not Gainesville. My mistake.
