Service advisors lying about how long service appointments are scheduled out. I was told 2 maybe even 3 weeks before my car could even be looked at so I leave and log on to the site and see there is an appointment for next Tuesday available. Bad business!!
RecommendedService after the sale is excellent. I have tried other makes of vehicles and always come back to Chevrolet and I always make it Service Chevrolet as my dealer. If I have a problem with this dealership, I simply bring the problem forward and they take care of me and make me feel like a valued customer.
I have bought several vehicles at Service and recommend them for great service and vehicles.

So here I am, almost a week since I brought in my car to be looked at! I was never even told about the workers being on strike, never told my piece was on back order, and I can’t even get a loaner because I don’t have full coverage! I am FUMING!!! This is not how you conduct business and I am absolutely disgusted how I am being treated. I am completely flabbergasted!

The staff (Bradley Vice) are very rude. Spoke to him Via text message and I’ve already decided to buy elsewhere. Service Chevrolet Cadillac will not be getting my business and they can thank their sarcastic staff.
John Prejean is always receptive and is truly concerned that your vehicle gets repaired properly and as timely as possible. Even though they recommend an appointment they take you without one, unlike some other gm dealers in town that turn you away without one, even if you have an oil leak!! under warranty no less.
