RecommendedScheduled an appointment...services took a little longer due to overbooking but everything came out good.
Sales gave us a better deal than all the other dealerships in the area on a higher end vehicle than the other were offering... (an LT instead of an LS )
Very disappointed after a 5 hour drive to this dealership. Trade in value changed upon arrival (which was already under average to begin with). Yukon we drive to get was very dirty. During negotiating price it actually went up instead of down and was blamed on the MS DMV which made absolutely no sense and seems extremely fishy. Ridiculous and frustrating experience and will never go back. After an increase instead of decrease in the price of the vehicle we told them no thank you and left.
