Jose Lazo provided exceptional service. He was efficient but also very thorough and explained everything he was checking along the way. He asked lots of questions about our heating and cooling preferences for the house and allowed plenty of opportunities for me to ask questions, too. He also did us the good deed of oiling our back door which had become rusty and difficult to open! Thanks Jose - and Service Champions for the exceptional service!
