I just had the WORST experience on the phone with your sales team. I wanted the $78 tune-up. Instead, I was quoted $89 for a "diagnostic fee" before they'd even quote me what a tune-up would cost. Worse yet, the company isn't transparent on price. You can't see what they charge for parts/labor until after you pay the $89 fee. Pay $89 now, be sticker-shocked later. And the "supervisor" I spoke with hung up after she realized I wasn't going to buy under these conditions. So much for giving feedback over the phone.
Frank H was incredibly professional, friendly, knowledgable, and thorough. I was left with a job well done and sense of security regarding my AC and heating unit.
I highly recommend Service Champions. They sent a fine technician named Marcus Dillon to repair my Air Conditioner and he did so in very reasonable time.
The technician, Michael Olivas, was on time, personable, and straight forward with his explanations. If all technicians are like Michael, we’ll be staying with Service Champions for many years.
Frank H is absolutely amazing. He was so sweet from the moment he walked in. He really knows what he’s doing and explains everything he’s doing. Him and my husband bonded. He’s so fun to talk to but very professional in his work
Frank came to my home made the ac super quiet and efficient gave it some love and really helped me out nice personality and very polite he was a pleasure to have
