I just had the WORST experience on the phone with your sales team. I wanted the $78 tune-up. Instead, I was quoted $89 for a "diagnostic fee" before they'd even quote me what a tune-up would cost. Worse yet, the company isn't transparent on price. You can't see what they charge for parts/labor until after you pay the $89 fee. Pay $89 now, be sticker-shocked later. And the "supervisor" I spoke with hung up after she realized I wasn't going to buy under these conditions. So much for giving feedback over the phone.
