The technician , Rick Gutierrez, was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
Frank just came out to service our A/C unit with a cleaning and a tune up. I was very impressed with the time and detail Frank exhibited by explaining everything in full detail, showing me the ins and outs of our system and giving lots of recommendations. He definitely knows his stuff! I was so impressed we signed up for the monthly maintenance program. Frank even cleaned up some nasty cobwebs in my backyard! Great service!

We had the maintenance plan with them, every time they come out it’s a sales pitch! You need to replace the a/c unit, only about 20K! Meanwhile our a/c has been working fine for the past few years. I even told them, it’s annoying that every time you come out you are pushing a new system! I canceled our plan because we got sick of it! BUT my mother-in-law had them too. Today, they came out and told her she needed to replace the a/c unit. She had a second opinion done and sure enough, he said, nope, your unit is fine, no need ... read more
