Gerald serviced my a/c today & was he thorough! I've had consistent great service from Service Champions, but I must say, I've never had such thorough work done. In addition, I had a concern about an issue & he went above & beyond in assisting me. He spent a considerable amount of time, calling his office, taking photos of my attic & making sure to clean up afterward. He also endeared himself to me by petting & "loving" our dog who is very special to us!!
I can't even begin to describe how wonderful of an experience I had with this company (twice!). They made the experience of installing a new system at my parents house a few years ago and at my own house last month feel like a walk in the park. They are beyond professional and courteous in every possible way. My favorite thing about them though is the follow up services and their commitment to customer service...even 3 years later after my parents install. I have a maintenance contract with Service Champion for over two years now, and I will continue doing business with this company. The technicians are incredible! Today, I had the pleasure of meeting Kenny Neyra, and Wes Hawkes. These gentlemen came to do the maintenance on the air conditioning unit.
