RecommendedTechnician Ryan Ray from Service Champions just left after doing my semi-annual inspection/cleanup on my heater/ac. What a terrific company. I've had about 8 reps out over the years and all have been knowledgeable, friendly and today's rep lived up to their motto of doing good deeds for free and checked my roof drains and found pieces of my old roof potentially blocking my drain scupper. RecommendedAnother awesome service call with Service Champions. Michael Gallegos was a cut above! All the techs are great and Michael exceeded my expectations! Truly professional and explained the cause of the problem which was a clog in the drainage pipe. He even asked if I had anything else he could help me with! What! Really? Dean, the most recent tech that serviced my heating unit was superb. The two previous techs were no less professional. In addition to being experts at what they do, they go out of their way to be kind and friendly. Service with a smile. It is obvious that they are happy doing what they do. My side gate was making a noise that was muffled with a piece cardboard that my husband placed in it. Dean, however, brought out a piece of adhesive foam and voilà.
