Love this company! Whether over the phone or in person, each individual is incredibly friendly and professional at every step. Jesus was perfectly on time (even got to my house before I did! ) for servicing my AC unit before summer strikes. He was very polite and had a smile on his face the entire time despite it being later in the day/evening. Will absolutely, 100%, recommend Service Champions to everyone. In fact, have already made a post on my own Facebook page!
So today the Service Champions guys came out to remove all our old and chewed up ac ducting and put in all new ducting. After the guys were done they joined my 6 year old for a quick inning of baseball!! Good deeds for free....I'd say they did way more than that!!!Thank you Cisco, Rudy and Roberto!!!!
Edwin was very thorough with each inspection, and let me know what he was doing and what he found every step of the way. He was very friendly and professional at the same time.
Victor Hernandez just completed the annual preventive maintenance of my air conditioning system by Service Champions. I cannot say enough good things about his professionalism and capabilities. Not only did he do the job professionally but he went way above the call of duty. Half way through the job, it started to rain - hard. He got drenched but completed the job. He has a new baby girl at home, I hope he doesn't get ill and pass it on. Thanks, Victor.
Very pleased with Service Champions. We called in the morning and by the afternoon, Eric Uhart was at our home. He was very professional and friendly. He thoroughly explained our options and was very helpful. The next day Juan Ladino and his assistant provided excellent service. They were very professional and did an excellent job. They left the area where they were working cleaner than when they started. And Juan was very thorough when showing us how to program the new thermostat. I highly recommend Service Champions.
