Today 01/03/19 I had our yearly furnace servicing. We had Frank Herrera as a technician and I was highly impressed of his professional approach, incredible care and precision with getting the job done! Doing business with Service Champions, through the years, has been always a positive experience!
Brent came out for our 6 month heater service and took the time to explain other features of our system. I really appreciate companies that go above and beyond. There is a reason you see their trucks everywhere, they’re the best.
These people are money grubbing thieves. In particular Frank Herrera. He charged me $269 for a $150 dollar thermostat and said I was getting a deal at a “club price” otherwise he would have to charge$350. Kept pushing the “club” which esentially adds up to $10 a month his paying $120 a year so you only have to pay $20 for a $99 dollar annual evaluation. I have been a customer for close to 10 years and I have never seen a company with such consistent excellent service! Every technician I've ever had is the best. I actually look forward to Service Champions coming to provide service. Angel Aranzubia was the latest technician and he was terrific. In a world where excellent service is a rarity, Service Champions stands out! Thank you.

Brent Wangsness came by today to service our heating unit for the winter season. He was very friendly and courteous! He did a very thorough job and even checked the air conditioner as well! He replaced the filter in the system which I can't do so I wait for them to do it. Thanks Brent for the great conversation and for doing a great job!☺️
