Had a horrible experience with them. Told me I needed a new air conditioning unit...FALSE. Another competitor came and fixed my unit for $160.00. DO NOT USE THEM
Professional and timely service. Brian Penilla explained what he was doing, took the time to walk me through the new thermostat.
Very friendly efficient service. Respectful of our home, very neat and tidy, they totally pick up after the service. Nick and Frank did a superior job.
Knowledge, experience ,courtesy and promptness.
Our tech arrived within the timeframe given and got straight to work. He went over the unit and determined the transformer required replacement and also the thermostat. The work meant he had to be here a bit late but he never acted rushed and took the time to go over everything with us. It was obvious he liked his work and the company he worked for.
I am happy to report that Service Champions lives up to the hype as do their technicians. Their customer service is outstanding. They have integrity (gave me an upgraded model when what they had planned on wasn't available). They are technically proficient and are very clean and careful. Special thanks to Paulo G. and Caesar A. They represent the company well and were very pleasant to work with. We had our entire furnace/air conditioning system replaced (ouch). I recommend Service Champions highly!
Frank Herrera did a great job. He was very helpful and highly recommend give him a big raise.
