RecommendedBrian Penilla was our service consultant. He was on time and professional. My system is about 13 years old, and he saw a couple things that would make it more efficient and healthier for us. Brian was very thorough and suggested all the options. Have used Service Champions for years. They installed a new heating system and duct work. We also have the yearly service. On Friday, Frank Herrera and his supervisor, Ryan Bujer, performed our service. They were knowledgeable, professional and personable. A big thumbs up!
Knowledge and reliability
A wonderful company with excellent technicians. Frank Herrera came out to my house to do a tune up on my heater. He did an outstanding job by letting me know first what he was planning to do and mid way through job also let me know what he had found with my heater. At the end explained everything he did and left me a few recommendations. I also liked the reminder phone call to get my heater looked at.
I highly recommend this company! They are thorough, honest and so knowledgeable. I have a furnace that is original 1970, and although it still works, it needed a tuneup. Brian Penilla was the tech that came out and he was so unbelievably courteous and sweet. He completely took apart my system, checked the attic, checked my water heater and just made sure everything was in order! He wore booties and left the house as clean as he found it. Semi annual service was performed by Joseph J., is very knowledgeable and honest. Took, then showed me pictures of problem areas in the attic, which no other tech did in the past. Explained it all to me, was very thorough.
Mike Smith was excellent. He was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him.
