I've been a patient of Dr. Serven's since I was teenager. I have a bad shoulder and hip that will trouble me on occasion. I am always taken care of right away, can walk in anytime and when I leave I am so relieved. I highly recommend him. He's the best!

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I appreciate the fact that they invested in comfy chairs. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. Yes Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time

Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question.
