We dealt with Chris to laser scan a 125 old building. Architects were very happy with the end model. Everything was on time, technician on site was great, and price was within expectations.
I had a very negative experience with the principals/owners of SDMM. They spread inaccuracies about me that resulted in significant financial losses on several properties. For example, I lost hundreds of thousands due to misleading information shared by a principal regarding the 417/419 Hammonds Plains deal. I found the upper management to be dishonest and unfair, especially towards those they seem to favor or dislike. I had SDMM do a survey on my residential lot to confirm the boundaries before installing a fence. The work result was excellent, the survey team very friendly and professional, and the project manager worked with me to explain the complexities and requirements of the job. Overall a very satisfying customer experience.
