Had horrible experience tonight Cinco de Mayo. Expected an hour wait, which was 35mins. Problem was got tired of waiting for our food order after 90mins with zero reasonable service from our waitress. No let me see what's going on. NO I'm sorry it's taking so long. Nothing. Oh and after telling my wife the chips were fried separately find out they weren't tonight and she had to take Benadryl to prevent an allergic reaction as she has a potential life threatening Dairy allergy and the waitress was aware of this. We stopped in for the first time last night. The food was excellent and the prices were more than reasonable. And Delaura was a delight! We signed up for their "frequent diner" card and expect to make it a regular stop.
The food is always delicious and soooo affordable!! We come a few times a months.
Stopped in to check the place out. Had a light lunch and it was very filling. Loved the place. Despite what some of the other reviews said We thought the food was great (large portions), staff was friendly, service was spot on, place was ambient and clean. Loved all the smiles and friendliness. Looking forward to taking visiting relatives here!!
Ate with family at the Serrano's on Ellsworth Road. Poor service, wrong food brought to the table, order not right. Food was so so, not the Serrano's I grew up with in the 70's in Chandler at the original downtown restaurant.
