We waited 15 minutes to be seated. When we got to our table there were about 12 available tables. The 2 after us waited about 35 minutes to be seated. Then when we got to our table the girl brought us chips then 20 minutes later a guy asked if we’ve been helped. We said no so he found someone to get our drinks and order. The tacos I got were very good but not so good service.
Recommendedgreen chili anything chimicha , burritos, tacos chip's and salsa, both ,bean dip.
Have the steak in stock, if it's on the menu...
So exactly how many ways can one company come up with to alienate their customers? Since the founder passed away, it seems like there are new and better ways every week to loose a customer, And now, it seems like the Power Road location just came up with another one. My wife and a friend just spent over $25 for lunch, and had some extra tortilla chips they wanted to bring home for me. Today, I went to lunch with a friend. The hostess gave us the impression that she did not want to be bothered greeting us or seating us. Our server was okay, but our food took about 30 minutes. We had to ask about more chips, salsa, and bean dip. We even had to ask another server to check on our food. My lunch was good. I guess the attitude of everyone just brought our lunch done. My friend said spending $20 bucks on a lunch and poor customer service is not worth it.
Serrano's used to be good. Service and food has gradually gotten worse each time. Tonight we were seated forever before we got drink order, had to ask for chips, our food took so long we had to ask for more chips but got no salsa refill or drink refill. The waiter apologized for our food being even later. When our food came out IT WAS COLD! My fajitas weren't sizzling, the peppers were still crunchy and not blackened, all 5 of us had cold food. Worst experience that I have ever had at a restaurant. Waited for 10 minutes after we were seated for drinks. After getting our drinks, we sat there for 20 minutes before I had to flag down our server to order. Show basically told me no one was assigned to our table, and reluctantly took our order.
