There's no sales pressure, the staff is incredible, no one is pushy. They care like family. Joey Graves was above and beyond incredible to work with. He was honest and upfront about the process. I didn't buy anything my first time there, it was more information and drive driving. I went back the following weekend prepared for a Trade in Eval and i was delighted with the deal i got. My friend had the most stressful experience dealing with your dealership. Started off with the old "bait and switch", spoon fed him a line about 0.9% financing, which at the last moment (he already had the toyota keys on his key ring) became 16%.
