Whitni and Calib made my trade painless. I'm VERY impressed. I ran poor Whitni through the ringer searching for the right truck and she made dealing with me seem easy (amazing). I can't recommend them enough.
RecommendedSheila was great! I went on the Serra website and chose the person I wanted to talk to, and I definitely made the right choice. Sheila was knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to work with me to find the best solution for financing. When I went in for my appointment, she was working with someone who had just walked in looking for a vehicle; and she managed to work with us both without making either of us feel short changed. In fact, we both walked out with new vehicles.
Do not buy a car here! FERD and the GM treated my girl friend like crap! Only after I left!! Did the worst job detailing her car THREE times! Forgot to schedule the detail, the guy to fix the rims and didn’t order over $300 of car floor liners! And now they are making her drive to pick them up! I’m away on work and this is how they treat ladies that spend 10K on a car!!! They treat ladies-like second class citizens!! Go anywhere else but this place!! Serra Toyota can improve in their training. They created a hindering experience. So many things fell between the cracks. And it reflects on the management The GM did help me after I had to asked for them. The salesman was going to let me leave frustrated, but the GM jumped in and fixed what he could but I still left feeling exasperated. And no one likes that feeling. Maybe if I purchased a new car and not a used car my experience would have been different.
RecommendedThis is the second time I have had Greg Martin as my sales person. He was so helpful. Never have had a sales person go over things I should know about a car I was about to lease as well as Mr. Martin. I would highly recommend him, if you are planning on dealing with Toyota. Before going to Toyota, my son in law and I went to the Ford dealership. The salesperson couldn't have been less interested in dealing with us.
