staff very understandable and had plenty of knowledge on the problems I was having with my vehicle.Kali is very helpful.
The employees at Serra Nissan are amazing especially Kali. She answers all of my questions with a smile on her face and keeps me updated as my car is being serviced.

I'm happy thats all I can say.....when i got to the dealership I was a little nervous about the whole car buying thing but after about 1hr I was getting my new sentra prep for delevery...I owe it all to the proffesional sales staff at serra Nissan. joeski6385
Serra Nissan is one of my all-time favorite dealerships, with friendly people, a great sales force and exceptional service department. Highly recommend.
I purchased my SUV here and although I like that the sales rep. didn't pressure me to buy my car I didn't like the rip off from the service department. OK place to buy a car here but don't take it here if you need repairs. They ripped me off several times for repairs that they obviously didn't know how to fix. I HATE paying for guess work. Of course I never went back for any repair service I needed.
