The staff was very nice and helpful
They have a very friendly staff and seem to be concern about you as well as your vehicle
We have had our vehicle in twice to resolve a faulty tire gauge light (tire pressure is accurate), however the problem still has not been resolved. They said they reset it the last time but still not corrected. The Service Manager, Randy, advised us to let him know if problem remains & they may have to replace. Left message on his voice mail we were still having problems, however, his customer service is lacking as he has not taken the time to call us back. I regularly go to Serra Nissan for maintenance on my leased Nissan Altima. I am consistently satisfied with their work.
I have been doing business with this dealership for several years now. I have purchased 3 new vehicles here over a 6 year period and have not had a bad experience yet. Kali in the service department 'Rocks'. I always ask for her as my service advisor. She is definitely customer centric when it comes to taking care of her customers.
