We bought a car here which we love, but the customer service was terrible. This was a guaranteed sell because we knew someone that worked there, but it took forever to get the paperwork completed. The finance manager was extremely rude to us acting as if we were stupid. Then we FINALLY got finished after about 6 hours (and they knew we were hurrying) and our car didn't even get detailed because they were so slow.
